Our strongest is CBD Oil 30% (3,000mg), with 15mg of CBD in every drop. Because it’s so concentrated, most people need only a few drops a day. We don’t go above 30%, because beyond that the oil starts to thicken and becomes hard to dose from the dropper. Every oil is blended with hemp seed oil as the carrier.

CBD is generally well tolerated, and it won’t make you feel “high”. Some people notice tiredness or an upset stomach, usually at higher amounts. Start low and increase gradually. If you take any medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your GP or pharmacist before using CBD.

Although it has been reported that people are taking CBD as treatment for various conditions like chronic pain, anxiety & stress relief to name a few there is not enough research trials or studies done according to the HPRA to support these views. 

This is why at Dr. Hemp Me we cannot make claims or advertise that CBD helps any sort of health condition. CBD, for now, is not classified as a medical product which is why we sell CBD products on our website as a food supplements only.

When using CBD oil it is best to take the oil orally:

Step 1: Simply suck the oil into the dropper

Step 2: Drop the oil under the tongue

Step 3: Hold for 90 seconds before swallowing. 

For some users the earthy taste from our raw oil formula can be tough. We could refine the oil more but in truth this would mean we are sacrificing on quality as a lot of cannabinoids and compounds are lost in that process. 

If you are particularly sensitive to taste we recommend add your CBD drops to food recipes or drinks and consuming it this way. There are many ways to add CBD to your diet, for example CBD oil can be added to a hot beverage like coffee, tea, or a glass of juice to mask the flavor. 

Cannabidiol is also very permeable on the skin so a small amount can be applied for topical use. If you would prefer to try one of our other products we also offer cream, capsules (swallowed with water) and Gummies.

Delivery in Ireland is next day! Order before 2pm on any given business day, Monday-Friday, to have your order shipped out for delivery the next day. Shipping is free for orders over €50 and all are sent using our courier partners DHL.
