Nevertheless, medical cannabis was finally authorised in June 2018. This move received massive support from the Socialist Party and the Social Democrats. Eventually, this is how medical cannabis entered the streets of Portugal and along with it came the use and production of CBD oil. 

What is the Status of CBD oil in Portugal?

Yes, CBD oil is allowed in Portugal, but here are some things that you have to keep in mind. First and foremost, Portugal decriminalised the use of drugs in 2001, which allowed the use of medical cannabis.
