One of the trickiest features of taking CBD oil is getting the dosage just right. As you may know from taking CBD oil droppers, it can be tricky. For this reason, we created a CBD dosage calculator to help manage the amount of CBD you are taking per day and also help you save some CBD, as we know it is an expensive product to buy, especially if you are taking high doses.
Please enter;
- The size of your bottle. If you are taking Dr. Hemp Me CBD oil this will always be 10 mils. Other brands may have different size bottles.
- The amount of CBD contained within the bottle in milligrams. We tend to do everything in percentages however it is very easy to convert. For example our CBD oil 10% = 1000mg of CBD, 20% = 2000mg and so on.
- Your desired dosage. The recommended dosage can be seen on the label however this is just a minimum dosage. Some customers may require a higher dosage. A typical CBD dosage is 20mg of CBD.
- The number of drops in millilitre using your dropper. A standard dropper like Dr. Hemp Me’s dropper produces 20 drops per millilitre, however, dropper sizes can differ depending on the brand. If your dropper is different please enter another value.
CBD OIL DOSAGE
The amount of Cannabidiol to take per dosage is a tricky topic amongst the CBD community as brands tend to advise taking a high-recommended daily dose of CBD. This may not suit everyone and an initial high dose may confuse your endocannabinoid system when overloaded.
You are always better off to start off small and gradually build the Cannabidiol up in your system. This allows your endocannabinoid system to gradually respond to the cannabis allowing you to receive maximum results.
