However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. At Dr. Hemp Me, we are so confident in our CBD products that we offer a “Better Than Risk-Free” guarantee. This means not only can you return the product within 60 days if it’s not the right fit, but we will also provide an additional €10 to your bank account as a thank you for trying our products.

Here’s how it works:

Try Any Product Risk-Free: Pick any product you like from our range. Use it as directed to experience the benefits for yourself.
For some people CBD needs to build in the system before it works which is why you must try it for 3 weeks before you return the product. If after 3 weeks you are not satisfied, then we are not satisfied either & we will give you a full refund no questions asked.
Not Satisfied? No Problem! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, not only will we refund your money, but we’ll also credit €10 to your bank account as a thank you for giving us a try.
All items must be postmarked within sixty days of your purchase date.

Returns Process

Returns Process:
To return an item, please email customer service at support@drhempme.com to request a return. You will receive full instructions, including a pre-paid return shipping label, and the address to send your return. Place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided by customer service.

As part of our “Better Than Risk-Free” offer, if you’re not satisfied, we will issue you a full refund—plus transfer €10 to your bank account as a thank you for giving our product a try.

Refunds:
Upon receiving the return and verifying the item’s condition, we will process your refund, exchange, and the €10 thank-you payment. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return and payment have been processed.
